Who we are
Bali Project Management (BPM) is a Bali-based professional Project Management consultancy built on the strong foundations of friendship that have linked the active partners for more than 20 years.
Being Bali-based and somewhat “Bali Region” focussed (NTT and NTB), BPM was established to respond to the needs of the Hotels and Hospitality industry for “medium large” to very large projects.
BPM have first- hand experience for sites across the full range from small and challenging sites with complex planning and access issues, physical and geotechnical challenges right through to massive sites of 120 Hectares with totally different agricultural, cultural, and civil engineering challenges.

As professional PMs, BPM Project Management Services will offer an early input to the client on the infrastructure, planning, approvals and design that could lead directly to significant savings in costs, savings in time and even “savings” by avoiding unnecessary conflicts, missed opportunities, poor coordination, or misunderstandings?
It is very much BPM experience that these early phases can often be the phases where we can be most active and offer alternatives and options that directly result in major benefits to the Client or the project. This is the early role; these are the early stages where so many projects miss out on the benefits that BPM can offer.
We at BPM aim to develop strong relationships right across the Project Team and in doing so, demonstrate our value to the project and thus become our clients “trusted advisor” on any issue or topic.
BPM strongly recommend for the PM to be the very first consultant appointed to be professionally managed, coordinated and documented and procured/delivered (with support from the Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyors and the other Consultants) can be delivered “smoothly/seamlessly”

Michael is responsible for Strategic Project Management activities, including managing overall Project Management Advisory and Projects Development activity. With his extensive Project Management, Construction Management and real estate experience in hospitality industry of over 20 years, he is well exposed to all major Project Management and Construction Management Operation in this Industry.
Zakaria Sihombing
Business Development Director
Zak is responsible for Marketing & Business Development activities, market survey, investment consulting management and contract negotiation advisory services. Zak has extended experience for Sales and Marketing experience in the hotel industry of over 20 years, he is well exposed to all major hospitality markets in Bali.

Design Development Director
Yacob is responsible for Project Design Development activities, including value engineer and functional assessment services. With his over 20m years extensive experience in hospitality Project management industry, he is well exposed to all major hospitality Design Development activity.
Ir. Yie Hap Kuy
Technical Project Director
Mr. Hap is responsible for Project Construction activities, including civil structure construction review, hand over and commissioning stage advisory services. With his extensive Construction Management experience hospitality industry of over 30 years, he is well exposed to all major hospitality Construction management operation.

Yogi is responsible for Finance & Investment activities, market survey, investment consulting, asset hotel management, contract negotiation advisory services in Indonesia. With Accounting and Finance experience in the hotel industry of over 30 years, he is well exposed to all major Hospitality markets in Indonesia.

With his years of experience in construction, Ngurah is responsible for ensuring the construction operations achieve the goals of each project including time completion, team coordination, troubleshooting, and safety.
Wendy
Procurement Manager
Wendy oversees the entire procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Her 12 years of career in the field of procurement covers the essential aspects of construction operations.

Finance Officer
Tini is responsible for managing a company’s financial operations. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of construction financial operations for more than 15 years.

Quantity Surveyor
Muly is responsible for managing a construction project’s costs from start to finish. She was involved in the making of several construction cost assessments in Bali of several types of project construction including residential, commercial, and hospitality property construction.
